Former Representative, Minnesota House
Frank Hornstein was first elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives in 2002 and represented District 61A (southwest Minneapolis) until his retirement from the legislature in 2024. Hornstein is former Chair of the Transportation Finance and Policy Division and also served on the Climate and Energy Finance and Policy Division. He now serves on the TPEC Advisory Board as an interested citizen member.
